How-to: Free Local Refill Drop Service

Let's explain how our Refill Drop system works:

Thanks to our FREE local home & buisness delivery service, it has never been easier to get refills of your favorite household products AND return your empty bottles.

Our refill delivery service is currently available to the 32086, 32080, 32084 in St. Augustine Florida. Please send us an email request if you are interested in getting this service to your area in the future, we will absolutely expand our routes if there is a demand! Nationwide shipping will be available soon.

Refills—Your First Order

Step 1: Choose your refill. We currently offer Laundry Detergent, Hand Soap, & Dish Soap.
Step 2: Choose your container and size. We currently offer 16oz, 32 oz & 64 oz bottles.
*Our bottles come with a sealable metal top. You may choose to use our refills to fill your own soap dispensers or purchase one of our attachable pumps (available for mason jars).
Step 3: Enter your delivery address during checkout.
*Input your zip code to ensure that you are in one of our delivery zones. Then, select your delivery day from the drop-down menu.
We offer deliveries on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. You must place your order a full day before a delivery day in order to receive your order during our next delivery. For example, if you order by midnight on Sunday night, your order will be delivered on Tuesday while all Monday orders will be delivered on Thursday.
We provide local Free Delivery on orders over $15.
Step 4: Prepare for your delivery.
Your products will be delivered in a 100% Compostable/Recyclable paper bag. You may keep it to return your empty containers.
Step 5: Return your empties.
Place the shopping bag outside of your front door with your empty bottles by 10am on the morning of one of your scheduled deliveries. You will be sent a credit (via email) per returned bottle. Credits are as follows: $1 for 16oz bottles, $1.50 for 32 oz bottle & $2 for 64 oz bottles. (Returned bottles are sanitized and refilled)
